This Department is responsible for Planning and Budgeting:

• Compiles and Coordinate Monthly returns of collected revenue from the Zonal Offices, Ministries/Departments and the Board's Headquarters.
• Provides Statistical statement of revenue collected on each head and sub-head which are forwarded on monthly basis to both the Ministry of Finance and Government House.
• Participate as member of the State and Local Government Joint Account.
